Nousu

Nousu is an Agentic E-commerce Support platform built for Dutch merchants, but this can be built to be multilingual fairly easily. Nousu has deep integrations into Woo and Shopify, connects withtin seconds and can autonomously work together with human agents. The Langgraph agent is modular and can do chains of complex toolcalling to solve complex customer enquiries. There is potential to build this into an english platform that, with the right distribution, can compete with e.g. Trengo
